What a welcome surprise when we dialled the 1-800 number on a warranty certificate 2 years after our initial bathroom renovation.
The phone was answered by a human who listened, accepted our version of the situation and responded by having the appropriate supervisor contact us. Arrangements were made and, in fact, the entire work was redone which ultimately was better than the local franchisee's initial efforts.
Nice to see that there are some companies out there who honour their reputation and their commitment. Thumbs up to Bathmaster for stepping up to the plate. Would not hestitate to consider their workmanship on any future project.

Sorry for the delay but I was waiting to see how the glaze turned out.
I would like to pass on a vote of thanks for a job well done on my tub, to Carey Chin for his knowledge and help, and especially to Tyer Gibbs for a professional job and the curtiosity while doing the job. If your company ever places a franchise in Thunder Bay, have them call me for reference.

Now that the new finish is on, our bathtub looks absolutely wonderful----so glad we decided to keep it instead of getting a new one. I'm really so impressed with the results...looks like a new tub!
Also wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for coming today. Having the tub done makes it possible for us to install the toilet this week & that means we can take out the fixtures & get the tiling finished in the downstairs bathroom this week as well. Timing is everything during a renovation, and it was very kind of you to make the extra effort - we truly appreciate it. We will definitely be recommending your services to anyone we know with an old tub!

We are writing to tell you how impressed we are with BathMaster and Gerry Kelly. From the moment he took our call to the day the last of three bathrooms were completed we were impressed with his professionalism and generosity.
The price was excellent and the work top notch so we decided to have all the bathrooms done. Within a week we were able to "renovate" three bathrooms! There was no interruption to our schedules. No mess or fuss in the house and everything was done. Under budget!
We would not hesitate to recommend Gerry and BathMaster. You certainly saved the day for us!

I would like to thank for you for the excellent service you provided to me this week . Your employee, Chris was fabulous. Chris did an excellent job for me, under difficult conditions (narrow stairway, older, unique house, confined space to work in, etc.) He was left alone in the house with my 90 year old blind father and elderly mother, and was kind, considerate and extremely helpful to them....above and beyond the call of duty. You have an excellent employee there. My bathtub looks wonderful....
Chris did a superb job, and his cheerful and kindly manner is a credit to your company. Please tell him I said so. Thank you again for your prompt and efficient service.

As recent customers of BathMaster, with new tub and wall/ceiling insert, we are very happy with, and satisfied, in the extreme, by the workmanship, service and courteous manner of the BathMaster product and personnel. The quality installation performs perfectly in all respects, and a follow-up touch-up repair of a small amount of corner sealant was done promptly and without charge.
I strongly recommend BathMaster for all your bathroom upgrades and improvements.

Mr. Tubs Reglazing (Vernon, Kamloops)
My bathroom of fifty years needed a new look and I started by replacing the sink and toilet which left the bathtub looking dull and a different colour. I contacted Mr. Tubs for his expertise and opinion which resulted in contracting with him to reglaze the tub to match the other fixtures. I was delighted with the finished project as it looked like a new tub.
Recently I contacted Mr. Tubs to repair a scratch which resulted when a plumber dropped his pipe wrench and marked the tub. I was delighted to see that he could repair the scratch marks perfectly. In the six months that I have used the bathtub since having it reglazed there is no sign of discoloration or wear and it still looks like new.
I am very pleased to recommend Mr. Tubs and the process he uses for reglazing bathtubs.
