We were unsure as what to do about our tub. We could remove a wall to remove the tub, but you showed us a better way to do it. Reglazing, a whole new concept to us was a better and cheaper way to go. We thought it would smell and take a long time. It didn’t. We wanted to share with you how happy we are with your work.

Chris did an excellent job for me, under difficult conditions (narrow stairway, older, unique house, confined space to work in, etc.) He was left alone in the house with my 90 year old blind father and elderly mother, and was kind, considerate and extremely helpful to them....above and beyond the call of duty. You have an excellent employee there. My bathtub looks wonderful....

Mr. Tubs Reglazing (Vernon, Kamloops)
My bathroom of fifty years needed a new look and I started by replacing the sink and toilet which left the bathtub looking dull and a different colour. I contacted Mr. Tubs for his expertise and opinion which resulted in contracting with him to reglaze the tub to match the other fixtures. I was delighted with the finished project as it looked like a new tub. Recently I contacted Mr. Tubs to repair a scratch which resulted when a plumber dropped his pipe wrench and marked the tub. I was delighted to see that he could repair the scratch marks perfectly. In the six months that I have used the bathtub since having it reglazed there is no sign of discoloration or wear and it still looks like new. I am very pleased to recommend Mr. Tubs and the process he uses for reglazing bathtubs.

I would address this to a Better Business Bureau if I could find one for the Barrie area; hopefully your offices are close enough to the mark. I’m writing concerning a local business, the BathMaster® franchise serving the Barrie area.
A couple of years ago I had Bathmaster refinish a tub in my house. After a couple of years of wear and tear the new coating on the tub needed some repair. The local Bathmaster guy showed up when he said he would, worked for the better part of an hour, and told me to contact him if the repairs didn’t hold. As clear as I was about considering the repairs to be expected maintenance, he would not charge for the call...
... I thought you might like to know.
